Reservations and cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).
The rate does not include breakfast unless otherwise specified.
The city tax costs €1.50 per person per night.
Towel change: every 3 days.

Standard Rate
To confirm the reservation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total reservation amount or a valid credit card number must be provided.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 6 days before the expected arrival date; after this period, the deposit paid will still be retained.
If the guest does not show up at Blanco Rooms without any prior notice (no show), the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Unless otherwise agreed, the guest has the right to occupy the room starting from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival; they are required to vacate the room by 10:30 AM on the day of departure.
Standard check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM; for late check-in (from 9:00 PM to 11:59 PM), a self check-in may be arranged.
At check-in, guests must present a photo ID and a credit card. Please note that special requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
WiFi connection is available free of charge in the rooms.
Children are welcome.
Children under 3 years old can stay for free in a crib/cot.
The property is entirely non-smoking.
Parties or events are not allowed.
Between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, silence is required to avoid disturbing other guests.
Pets are not allowed.
The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.
