Reservations and cancellations must be made in writing (email).

City Tax cost is 1.5€ per person per night.

Standard rate
A valid credit card number or a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is required to confirm the reservation.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge within 5 days from the date of arrival; after this deadline, the amount paid as a deposit is still retained.
In the event that the guest does not show up at the B&B without providing any notice (no show), he will be charged for the entire stay.

Unless otherwise agreed, the guest has the right to occupy the room from 15:00 on the day of arrival; is required to vacate the room by 11:00 on the day of departure.
The standard check-in time starts from 15:00 to 21:00; for late check-in (21:00 to 23:59) a self checkin can be provided.
Guests must show photo ID and a credit card upon check-in. Please note that Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur a surcharge.
Free WiFi is available in the rooms.
Children are very welcome.
Children under 3 years of age can stay free of charge in the cot/crib.
The property is entirely non-smoking.
Parties or events are not allowed.
